Structural engineer experienced in the design and construction of various types of structures, design management and program management. Experienced both in design-build, progressive design-build, design-bid-build contracts as well as delegated design. Diverse experience covers areas including underground and above ground structures, permanent and temporary (SOE) construction, condition assessment and rehabilitation, heavy civil construction, tunnels, shafts, bridges, and special structures. Involved in design management, design coordination, and construction of transportation, mass-transit, combined sewer overflow projects, and rehabilitation projects. Authored more than 25-technical and conference papers, that have been presented in national and international conferences, and published in scientific journals. Former member of ASCE/SEI Seismic Effects Committee, and EERI Concrete Coalition Advisory Board. Serving as invited blind reviewer in multiple ASCE, Elsevier, and Techno Press scientific journals.
